The AGM took place on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 2pm St Joseph's Church Hall
The minutes of the previous years minutes and the 2024/5 audited accounts were accepted by the members.
Members also agreed to a change to the constitution allowing committee members to serve for longer periods.
A ballot, for committee posts, was not required as the number of nominations received does not exceed the number of committee places.
The AGM was followed by the members enjoying a cream tea and an opportunity to catch with friends and ask the committee questions.
