We looked at the changes I made to our Group page. We have now added events (ie this is one) to the bottom of the page which allows meeting information to be entered seperately to the group page. Events will automatically be shown in date order and moved to past meetings section once the date is past.

Once the meeting is complete the event should be updated to show what was disccused. It is up to each group leader how much information is added but any information added allows anyone who is thinking of joining to get a better apprication of the group. Pictures can also be added which I intend to do.
